Rules
- A $32.00 nonrefundable deposit is required via credit at the time of reserving. ($30.00 to go towards the camping fee plus a $2.00 reservation fee).
- Camping will be permitted only in established campgrounds or in areas designated by the park manager. Only one table and one electric outlet per site.
- NO MORE than two vehicles will be permitted per campsite, and only if they fit on the cement pad.
- No more than two vehicles will be permitted per camp. Each vehicle must be PARKED and REGISTERED on YOUR campsite. Violators may be towed away.
- A $20.00 late fee will be charged to any camper that rents by the month if the lot rent is not paid by the due date.
- VISITORS: Are the responsibility of the campground permittee; must follow and obey all campground rules; must park in DESIGNATED area only; may be evicted at any time for violation of Park Rules; no visitors may enter the campground after 11:00 p.m.
- QUIET must be observed after 11:00 p.m. for the benefit of those who retire early. UNREASONABLE NOISE LEVELS will NOT be tolerated at any time.
- Campsites must be kept clean. ALL GARBAGE MUST BE PUT IN PLASTIC BAGS AND PUT IN THE DUMPSTER.
- NO FISH OR FISH ENTRAILS may be put in the dumpster. Please place these in freezer located behind bathhouse.
- No digging or trenching permitted.
- WATER USE: An additional $10.00 fee will be charged for washing any vehicle or camping unit.
- No dish washing or fish cleaning will be allowed in restrooms.
- FIRES are permitted only in designated areas on each site. The management reserves the right to ban any or all campfires. Fires must be extinguished after use.
- PETS: (Limit of 2 dogs per campsite) must be on a leash not exceeding 6 feet in length and under control at all times; DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE BATH HOUSE OR ALLOWED TO RUN FREE, CLEAN-UP BY OWNER, MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED, Violators will be fined.
- Positively NO DRUNKEN PARTIES allowed.
- No solicitation in Park.
- BICYCLES: For your safety and that of the campers, no bike riding will be ALLOWED AFTER DARK if bicycle is not equipped with proper lights. Children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by a parent while riding bicycles in the park or on road and at the playground.
- ALL CHILDREN must be on their own campsite after 9:00 p.m.
- CHILDREN PLAYING IN THE BATHHOUSE will not be tolerated. Offenders and their parents will be automatically evicted from park and NO REFUND will be given!
- NO POOLS of any size or type allowed in park.
- NO MOTORCYCLES or 2, 3 or 4 wheeled motorized vehicles (this includes children’s rechargeable battery-operated vehicles) allowed to operate in park. Only campers with disabilities are allowed to use motorized golf carts with permission from park manager.
- Cruising vehicles in campground is prohibited.
- No clothesline or laundry to be hung from park property. Nothing to be placed in, on, or against the fence, trees or shrubbery.
- Absolutely no cutting of tree limbs or shrubbery. Contact Park office if you feel a problem exits.
- Finn Road Park accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- All 100 lb. LP tanks must be secured to camping unit.
- “Doughnuts” or sewer hose rings should be used where sewer hoses connect to park sewers.
- Not more than one camp, occupied by a single family or group of six unrelated persons, will be permitted on an individual lot. No camp shall occupy more than one lot.
- Extension to this permit may be made no later than one (1) day prior to the day this permit expires if sites are available. The reservation system may not allow all requests for extensions to be honored.
- Prior approval of the park manager is required to move from one campsite to another.
- Visitors must leave campground by 11:00 p.m.
- SEASONAL RATE CUSTOMERS, who leave early, will not be given a refund or credit for the remainder of the season.
- No parking on grass.
- $1.00 per day storage fee for boat in parking lot - applies to all campers.
- No more than one boat or trailer is allowed in the parking lot per campsite.
